Hi! My name is Sarah. This is my self-improvement blog. I also cover some personal topics that I think relate to my self-improvement journey. I have wanted to improve my life in many areas for a while. My schedule wasn’t working, my routines were really non-routines that just became habits, there never seemed to be time to do what I wanted (or needed) to do, etc. Ugh! I was just sick of it!
