Hi! My name is Sarah. This is my personal blog. I have wanted to improve many areas of my life for a while. I’ve been unhappy with how I don’t control my time, don’t make choices that allow me to feel happy with myself, don’t allow me to express my true self, and have some health issues that I’d like to better deal with (including fibromyalgia, trauma and ADHD).

I plan to talk about methods that I try to improve my health, become truer to myself, gain a better control over how I spend my time, and become a happier person.

I also homeschool my daughter. I may talk about that occasionally and she may sometimes have guest posts.
